As a Quality Control Operator, you will:
Help to maintain a safe, healthy and organized working environment for all areas.
Ensure all safety protocols throughout the plant are adhered to
Follow the Quality Management System
Knowledge and Ability to run specialized lab equipment. This will include, but is not limited to lab kilns, spectrophotometer, gloss meter, calcimeter etc.
Perform any test per request that is related to equipment mentioned above.
Perform Quality Control tests and provide technical support.
Perform and record results on Quality control to Body raw materials.
Need the ability to perform any task required of a Lab Technician.
Need the ability to understand the color spectrum and to make color adjustments according to the delta readings from the colorimeter.
Maintain calibration of quality control equipment.
Ensure safe and healthy working conditions and ensures an organized work environment.
Need the ability to use Microsoft office software to write reports and to effectively present information and send email.
Need the ability to define opportunities; collects data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
Monitor equipment and/or processes and ensures timely reporting of any unusual problems to supervisor.
Follow company operating procedures and guidelines
Perform other related duties as required.
High school diploma or equivalent is a requirement. Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
While performing the duties of this job, the operator is regularly required to:
stand, use hands, and reach with hands and arms.
walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
may be required to sometimes sit, climb or balance.
may lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this position includes close vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus.
The operator is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts, occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, and may be exposed to a wide range of temperatures. The noise level is usually loud.
Shifts: 6:45 pm to 7:15 am
Week 1: Mon,Tues,Fri, and Sat
Week 2: Sunday,Wed, andThurs
