The Strategic Supply Operations Manager for the T-Mobile Marketing Solutions Supply

team will be responsible for the creation and management of projects, workflows, processes,

documentation, presentations, and support materials for the TMS Supply Team. This candidate

will report to the Sr. Manager of Supply.

A successful candidate for this role will manage multiple projects simultaneously, as well as

organize, implement, and support projects and project processes for the entire team in

conjunction with our partners, and partner teams.

innovative approach to the team's projects. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively across

departments supporting both internal and external clients. This candidate will enjoy thriving in a

team are essential. Knowledge and experience in the programmatic advertising industry is

The experience you'll bring.

End to End Supply Team Project Support

New and Existing Projects:

  • Oversee project development

  • Documentation including presentations, timelines, statements of work, workflows, technical specs etc.

  • Partner Outreach, coordination and management

  • Coordinate and assist with partner project deliverables and optimizations

Performance Analytics:

  • Work with the analysts to glean actionable insights that can be leveraged to enable The Supply Team to drive performance optimization

Programmatic Advertising Operational Support:

  • TMS Operational Support, support new and active campaigns with strategic supply deals

  • Sales and Sales Enablement Support, support sales with new partner/product offerings and special requests for RFPs and Plans

  • DSP and SSP Deal ID Management - Work with our programmatic parners to procure unique supply deals and manage those deals inside our DSP

Curated Marketplaces:

  • Oversee the vetting of new partners/publishers that would be a great addition to the currated marketplaces

  • Walk new partner prospects through the Onboarding program:

  • Education

  • Partner Introductions

  • Results monitoring

Supply Team Documentation:

  • Presentation creation - external and internal

  • Some of the tasks include; creation of template programs; organization, file management, project timeline coordination and management to deliverables

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 4+ Years of Business and project management experience within advertising technology or data technology (mobile a BIG plus but not required)

  • Strong people skills and ability to quickly build meaningful business relationships

  • Excellent oral/written skills and ability to communicate new/ technically complex products

  • Highly organized, able to deal with multiple projects and partners at once

  • Creative; solutions oriented; flexible

  • T-Mobile requires all employees in this position to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 prior to starting work, unless precluded from doing so by applicable law. The CDC currently defines -fully vaccinated- as two weeks after the second dose for Pfizer and Moderna, and two weeks after the single dose of Johnson & Johnson.
