We are seeking a Marcom Specialist to work from home in the US. Must be located near a major airport. Opportunity for hybrid or on-site work for those near Peachtree Corners GA or Minnetonka MN.

You will make in impact with the following duties:

  • Event Management: Coordinate and support the planning and execution of industry events, conferences, and webinars to showcase Siemens' systems and solutions and establish thought leadership. Collaborate with senior executives to develop and execute client hospitality functions

  • Digital Marketing: Plan, manage, and evaluate digital marketing efforts, including website management, SEO, Paid Search, advertising, email marketing, and social media campaigns, to drive demand/lead generation and customer engagement.

  • Content Creation: Collaborate with subject matter experts to produce compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, whitepapers, case studies, and presentations. Assisting in optimizing websites for correctness, accessibility and search engine performance

  • Analytics and Reporting: Utilize marketing analytics tools to measure the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Provide regular reports to management with insights and recommendations for optimization.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the following:

  • B2B marketing developing successful marketing strategies and executing impactful campaigns.

  • Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, including social media, content marketing, demand and lead generation.

  • Experience with social media tools and digital marketing and communications platforms

  • Experience managing and executing all facets of tradeshow activities

  • Strong project management skills

  • Skilled writer

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey ideas and influence stakeholders.

  • Creative thinking with a passion for innovation and staying up-to-date with marketing trends.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Solid computer skills using Microsoft Office 365 Suite

  • Proficiency in designing engaging and visually compelling PowerPoint presentations.

  • Ability to travel 25%

  • Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B marketing within the power utility industry and/or software industry.

  • Demonstrated expertise in utilizing a variety of marketing technology platforms, content management systems, and marketing automation tools.

  • AEM, SmartCMS

  • Adobe Analytics

  • Sprinklr

  • Eloqua marketing automation

  • Cursory knowledge of Salesforce.com

  • Highspot

  • On24, GoToWebinar

  • Conductor

  • Bombora

  • Lead capture tools

The pay range for this position is $64,700 - $110,800. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
