Summary:

The People and Cultural Operations (P&C Ops) Administration Generalist acts as an essential first point of contact for the central hub offices. This position is to provide administrative support to the TA P&C Ops Team. This role would suit a highly motivated individual who wants to combine their administrative and positive interpersonal skills to make a difference within the Therapeutic Alliance LLC, a difference that impacts the entire community from the clients served and their families to the clinical and support services teams.

Pay Grade - Clerical Grade 2

Pay Scale - $13.00 to $23.00

    Duties and responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to include all company events and conferences.

  • Centrally responsible for audio conferencing capabilities including video linking, facilitating remote employee connectivity.

  • Responsible for management of TA consumable supplies ordering, management of office equipment and building maintenance liaison.

  • Focal point of all incoming and outgoing correspondence from the company central hub.

  • General clerical work, including use of IT, photocopiers, faxes and multiple varied software packages, completing standard forms where information is clearly defined.

  • Preparing rooms for meetings and gatherings as directed by management.

  • Create documents and a broad range of administrative tools using software knowledge.

  • Answering incoming telephone enquiries and redirecting calls accordingly.

  • Support the P&C Ops Manager with administrative duties that are reasonably required within the hub.

  • Effectively manage competing demands within the area of responsibility.

  • Build collaborative and supportive working relationships with the TA community.

  • Promote the aims and values of the Therapeutic Alliance and reinforce pro social modeling skills by reinforcing pro social behavior and attitudes and challenging anti-social behavior and attitudes.

  • Support the innovation, development and implementation of quality improvement plans in line with the company goals.

  • Adhere to all policies in respect of the sensitive/confidential nature of the information handled whilst working in this position.

  • Have a flexible attitude to support the wider P&C Ops function to deliver at pace.

    Education and experience:

  • Virginia Beach Hub Office, Virginia Beach, VA: Full time office based.

  • Working hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.
