TheCommercial Marketing Managerwill lead administrative and project management tasks to drive the marketing efforts of the Commercial and Key Accounts lines of business atBatteries Plus. Key responsibilities of theCommercial Marketing Managerwill include developing new lead generation programs and campaigns, executing marketing strategies and analyzing the effectiveness.

Responsibilities:
Marketing Functions
Support the company's Commercial Sales channel by participating in developing and executing integrated multi-channel marketing initiatives that build awareness, consideration and familiarity leading to brand interaction and conversion
Advocate for Business to Business channel time and resources within marketing department
Assist in making data-driven decisions around marketing spend across channels to drive the lowest cost of acquisition of new leads
Partner with peers to execute new lead & revenue generating strategies
Partner with the Commercial Sales team to onboard and grow the company's relationship with GPO's. Manage the marketing interactions with GPOs, both driven by the GPO as well as originated with the internal team
Reporting & Analysis
Establish, track and report on agreed upon KPIs to steer our strategy and evaluate effectiveness
Provide proactive quantitative data analysis and insights to support strategic decision making, including optimization of current marketing activities
Drive rigorous testing, measurement and iteration to improve results continuously
Asset Management
Collaborate with the Commercial team to curate messaging and marketing content across supported channels
Regular review of marketing materials to ensure they adhere to brand guidelines
Project Management
Contribute to and drive projects that directly align with the organization's strategic goals
Coordinate and lead primary meetings and discussions; set agenda, manage communications and process reports
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism or related subject
Minimum of 5 years relevant marketing experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated and current knowledge of Business to Business marketing tactics, such as lead generation and conversion as well as tactics to grow, maintain and win-back clients
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office & Google Suites
