About the Role
As the Senior Director, Store Experience and Communications leader, you will be a strategic operator with experience creating information technology, ecommerce operations and technology platform development. You will oversee transformational strategies and have a deep expertise in omnichannel global retail. In this role, you will deliver store strategies to enable the brand to deliver strong earnings and create competitive advantage. You will reimagine store communication through workload management and digital technology communication vehicles. You will lead a team to integrate and operationalize all planned activities to enable stores, field leadership and HQ business partners to optimize performance and results.
What You'll Do
Develop technology methodology, tools and operation team.
Create a scalable, functional, technical environment. Implement global governance procedures, establish performance and productivity metrics & measurements, and enable relevant support functions
Provide strategic guidance to executive field leaders and other functional business partners in developing and driving key business priorities for continuous transformation.
Lead the strategic planning and execution of field initiatives to enhance profitability, productivity, and efficiency across our Old Navy stores.
Lead Store Operations teams to deliver key initiatives inclusive of road mapping, program management and change management across relevant stakeholders and functions.
Establish and orchestrate governance activities to provide visibility and risk management.
Attract, develop and build a high performing team.
Teach, coach and inspire to create a culture of development and growth.
Recommend and develop long term strategy that will help to improve key corporate KPIs.
Who You Are
Extensive experience in Retail Store Strategy Development and information technology creation, ecommerce operations and technology platform development.
Extensive track record developing technology methodology, tools, and operating team.
Able to develop and execute profitable, holistic plans & strategies in a global retail organization with customer as the primary focus.
Results-driven with experience in store operations, technology, employee and customer experience and internal communications.
Adept at implementing business strategies, developing effective solutions and driving new initiatives across multiple channels in global markets.
Flexible to work days, nights, weekends and holidays to meet the needs of the business; with the ability to travel overnight as required.
