Job Description

The Human Resources Assistant assists with all aspects of the Human Resources function at the community level to include: record keeping, recruiting, coordination of associate event, payroll, benefits, worker's compensation claims, and administering policies and procedures.

What will I do every day?

  • Comply with and act as ambassador for all Kisco human resources policies and procedures

  • Assist with community recruiting efforts

  • Assist with scheduling and administering pre-employment screenings and post-hire procedures

  • Maintain associate personnel files and ensure they are in order and updated

  • Perform other related duties as required.

What will I need to be successful in this role?

  • High school graduate required, college degree preferred

  • One to three years of human resources, customer service, or related experience preferred

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills required
