We have an upcoming opportunity to support the United States Central Command's Directorate of Intelligence (USCENTCOM J2) with strategic and tactical all-source intelligence analysis support. In this exciting opportunity you will conduct responsive, efficient, and reliable analysis and production to satisfy USCENTCOM's primary lines of effort (LOEs). This will include analytical requirements focused on political issues and military topics that affect regional and transregional security issues and/or assisting with collection methodology. Help assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that help protect the Department of Defense (DoD) and advance USCENTCOM J2's priorities in the Middle East.
More About the Role:
As a Collections Manager (ISR) you will have the opportunity to build the data infrastructure required to effectively understand, track, monitor, and assess ISR operations and activities in the USCENTCOM AOR to ensure effective employment of ISR assets.
Manage the primary Collection Requirements Management systems for support to collection ISR planning, operations, and assessments.
Supports and performs TMT, E-Task, JSAPs, and other associated tasking mechanisms, content management, or other functions supporting collection ISR planning, operations, and assessments for ISR Division daily operations.
Serve as a mission management representative on working groups with functional or multi-disciplinary emphasis that involve collection management issues and at conferences, weekly meetings, special projects, and briefings involving areas of responsibility.
Engage with analysts, determine intelligence needs, identifying and developing possible collection postures and strategies, and convert these intelligence needs into collection requirements to satisfy USCENTCOM intelligence requirements.
Provide analytic support to senior officials, collectors, and operators throughout the DoD, IC, and federal law enforcement agencies/organizations in support of USCENTCOM J2's programs, functions, and mission activities.
Establish priorities, tasking or coordinating with appropriate collection sources or agencies, monitoring results, and re-tasking, as required. Supports solicitation, coordination, research, de-confliction, creation/ registration, prioritization, and validation of multiple intelligence (GEOINT, MASINT, SIGINT, HUMINT, and OSINT) discipline collection requirements management (CRM) per standing policy.
Research and manage USCENTCOM Theater priorities or Intelligence Community (IC) priorities and guidance to align USCENTCOM collection requests with priorities, and balance time sensitive requests with standing collection requirements to ensure appropriate deployment of ISR assets.
Manage the daily/weekly Joint Intelligence Prioritized Collection List/Component Intelligence Collection List database as required. Monitors and routinely provides updates to requestors on the status of USCENTCOM collection requirements.
Develop ISR utilization and contributions summaries and manage issue and requirements tracking databases. Solicits, assesses, reviews, and publishes HUMINT Intelligence Report Evaluations from USCENTCOM analytical team.
Present formal and informational briefings to support USCENTCOM J2's priorities and be able to defend analytic results to a variety of audiences in support of their mission readiness requirements.
Populate mission tracker spreadsheets with ISR data as specified by, and in accordance with, published USCENTCOM orders and directives.
Have the opportunity to support advanced analytics initiatives, knowledge management projects, and both lead and support projects, that satisfy national-level intelligence priorities.
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
TS/SCI clearance required
8 years of relevant experience, with at least a portion of that experience within the last 2 years
An in-depth understanding of the intelligence cycle.
Previous Collections Management experience.
Experience with ODNI's analytic tradecraft guidance and experience writing to Intelligence Community Directives (ICD's), specifically ICDs 203, 205, 206, and 208.
Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction.
Demonstrated ability to integrate as part of an analytical team, collaborate, and conduct coordination with national-level IC partners.
Ability to communicate effectively with senior military and civilian government officials, managers, and co-workers.
Experience using the following tools: NGT, TAC, RMT, CRATE and CHROME.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
Experience with USCENTCOM current collections systems and assets
DIA CCMP-F qualification
Knowledge of USCENTCOM and DIA product lines
All-Source Intelligence Analysis experience focused on the USCENTCOM AOR
Deployment experience in the USCENTCOM AOR
10 years of experience

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$59,100 - $124,100
