Job Description

Brooklyn Bowl is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to work on both the Las Vegas & Nashville venues who knows how to prioritize, is more organized than Closet Maid, loves music/pop culture and most importantly, is fun! But that's not all, you also have to love live entertainment, bowling, and great food; thrive in a non-traditional work environment and are fun to work with; sleep, eat, and breathe live music and know the music landscape like the back of your hand.

Brooklyn Bowl Las Vegas' Marketing Coordinator role is an amazing opportunity for someone with a passion for breaking the mold, has a mind for coming up with creative ideas that go beyond traditional media buying, and an interest in telling the world what an amazing place Brooklyn Bowl is. The role is designed to make a direct impact on carving out Brooklyn Bowl's position as a concert leader in Las Vegas and Nashville.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assist the Director of Marketing in the management of multiple, concurrent marketing plans for multi-genre shows.

  • Assists Director of Marketing in developing creative marketing plans with artist agents/managers and subsequent local media execution.

  • Handles all publicity requests including press release creation/distribution, solicited stories for upcoming events, and day of show photo/media escorts.

  • Oversees all day-of-show activities on-site at all Brooklyn Bowl Las Vegas including radio remote coordination and other promotional activities as they arise.

  • Coordinates the design and production of advertising and marketing materials and routes approvals for the creative process.

  • Traffic creative to radio stations and print media for promo and paid schedule use.

  • Coordinate show and non-show related marketing projects and initiatives and manages the street team.

  • Assist with responding to customers across all social media platforms

  • Code invoices and track expenses in relation to marketing

  • Support with the creation of newsletters

  • Create original content for social media to promote shows

  • Build and manage Facebook ads

  • Submit orders for posters in venue and flyers to distribute

  • Create custom audiences

  • Upload newsletter opt-ins from TW to TM1

  • Manager social media calendar

  • Assist with ADMAT approvals

  • Assist with graphic design requests

  • Assist with all marketing for Brooklyn Bowl Nashville as well

Prerequisites

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience marketing live events, including media buying, collateral production, and digital marketing

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to work day, evening, and weekend hours, based on the needs of daily business operations

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.), Basecamp, and Adobe Creative Suite

  • Maintain a positive public/professional profile at all times

Compensation

Base salary and incentives will be commensurate with experience.
