Job Description:
Focuses on analysis of mid complexity customer requirements, implementation of tools that support those requirements, and support and maintenance of EHR applications in general. Successfully leads initiatives and projects and coordinate effectively with other staff. Is the subject matter expert in assigned application and is working to develop a breadth of knowledge across applications. Works under general supervision. Responsible for mid complexity issues and acting as a liaison between customer and support staff to resolve issues. Understands and adheres to service provider/customer chain of accountability that ultimately leads to the patient. Is highly responsive to customers and shows an aptitude for the translation of customer requirements into feasible options within the application.
Education Qualifications:
This position supports our Middle (Coding/CDI) and Back end (Billing/Patient Svcs) Revenue Cycle customers. A background in healthcare coding and/or billing would be helpful.
Bachelors degree in Information Services, Business, Healthcare or related field of study.
OR
Associates degree and 2 years of experience in Information Services, Business Services or Healthcare.
OR
4 years of experience in Information Services, Business Services or Healthcare.
Licensure/Certification Qualifications:
Certification in Epic applications preferred.

$62358 - $93538 / year
The approximate base compensation range is posted, but the actual offer will reflect our total compensation and benefits package. The offer will be determined by a number of factors including the selected candidate's experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, FTE, as well as internal equity among our team.
