WHAT YOU'LL DO:
The eCommerce Merchandiser is responsible for creating a unique and engaging front end experience for .com. The Merchandiser supporting this role will assist in leading, executing and communicating the overall strategic vision for the digital business within North America when it comes to Apparel & Accessories products across the site. They will partner with cross functional teams such as: buying, planning, marketing and creative to ensure that the assortment and storytelling will drive brand priorities as well as digital strategies to achieve overall financial goals. The primary focuses of this role include but are not limited to:
Managing the day-to-day Business Needs of the eCommerce Merchandising Organization
Insuring we meet Financial Goals for North America Financial Targets
Expertise in Product Knowledge when it comes to: Assortment, Trend, Sales & Opportunity
Robust Understanding of Business Needs across Department, Classification & Promotions.
Ownership of Creative Briefs across Storytelling, Content and Promotional Activations
Partnerships on in-season GTM activations/calendar while assisting in Product Launch Execution and Promotions
Assistance in Content Planning and Creation of Builds in Shopify
Assistance and Support for Marketplaces across Amazon, eBay, Target+, Walmart & SPO
Responsible for Site Merchandising across North America sites with rule set up, re-directs and optimization.
Providing Business Insights on Takeaways & Actions for Weekly, Monthly & Seasonal Reporting
Collaboration with Global Product, Marketplaces, Retail and Wholesale Partners to help support Product insights, SMU Opportunities and Overall Business needs for Seasonal Assortment
Contributes to innovative Site Enhancements and overall Site Experience while identifying and executing opportunities to continuously improve on-site conversion rate.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
A formal education and degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience, background, and willingness to learn.
The Merchandiser we're looking for is a curious, detail oriented, team player who can collaborate with different business functions in a digital world, they show a proven track record of consistent follow through to drive and scale revenue.
3-4 years of Merchandising Experience
Background in eCommerce and Direct-to-Consumer Business
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects with ease
Excellent communicator with strong analytical skillset
Ability to interpret Business Trends into Action Points Resulting in Revenue
Pro-active Team Player who can step up to act as a cross functional department liaison
Knowledge of Shopify, Full Circle, Asana, Google Analytics, and other G Suite or Microsoft tools a plus
Experience in Apparel, Fashion and/or Action Sports Market and Trends

Liberated Brands is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role in Costa Mesa, CA is 65k-70k. This position is Hybrid and, as such, compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by several factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skill set, certifications, and specific work location.
