Typical assignments may include packing, marinating, stacking, Multivac, overwrap and/or sanitation. Usually works five to six days a week; overtime may be required based on production needs.Principal and Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Works at various stations along the production line processing poultry food productsAdheres to all safety requirements including PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), preventing, and reporting unsafe acts and conditions, Lockout-Tagout procedures and Process Safety Management related mattersMaintains clean and safe working environmentParticipates in company and department safety programsExperience Preferred BUT NOT REQUIRED:Experience in poultry processing/manufacturing environment preferredWhen in a plant environment:Exposure primarily consists of wet and moist floors which include metal and plastic grating surfacesMay be exposed to temperatures of 28 degrees to 100 degrees Fahrenheit with both ambient and 100% humidityMay handle product 25 degrees to 50 degrees FahrenheitMay be exposed to noise ranges of 50 lbs. to 110 lbs.Must wear and use protective and safety equipment required for the job as directed by the companyAble to stand for several hours*$500 Bonus after 90 days with good attendanceAnother $500 Bonus after hired on full-time for 90 daysLOTS OF ON-THE-JOB PERKS FOR EMPLOYEES! *Requirements:Previous manufacturing experience preferred
