As an Executive Analyst within PNC's Data Science Innovation organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA.
Job Description
The Executive Analyst assists the Head ofData Science Innovation (DSI) in the effective execution of operational, strategic, and administrative tasks.
Provides support and assistance for implementation and/or administrative efforts for line of business initiatives. Demonstrates commitment to quality by delivering the CARES model to customers and/or internal partners.
Identifies more complex problems and provides advice and resolution in support of line of business initiatives.
Partners with other departments or other functional areas in support of line of business initiatives.
Independently provides data collection, research and reporting for assigned line of business initiatives.
Recommends and delivers best practices and learning plans that meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Support:
Assist in managing key operational processes within the DSI, focusing on efficiency and alignment with strategic goals.
Support resource allocation efforts by gathering and analyzing data to assist in decision-making processes.
Oversee cross-functional projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and meet organizational objectives.
Strategic Assistance:
Contribute to the development of strategic plans by conducting research, analyzing data, and preparing reports.
Assist in the preparation of strategic documents, presentations, and communications for senior leadership.
Provide insights and recommendations to support the Head of DSI in strategic decision-making.
Administrative Duties:
Organize and manage meetings, including preparing agendas, capturing key takeaways, and ensuring follow-up on action items.
Prepare, review, and distribute executive-level presentations, reports, and other materials as needed.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
Cross-Departmental Coordination:
Act as a liaison between the Head of DSI and other departments to ensure clear communication and effective collaboration.
Support the management of relationships by coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Professional Development:
Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills in operations, strategy, and project management.
