JMT Technology Group is looking to add a Data & Analytics Manager to our innovative technology and geospatial services and solutions team. The ideal candidate will have experience as a technical leader in the Data and Analytics space, hands-on experience with Big Data technologies and analytics pipelines, and experience developing business intelligence strategy and initiatives. As a condition of employment, hire will be required to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19. Proof of vaccination will need to be submitted as part of the interview/hiring process.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Lead strategy and operations of big data and analytics consulting opportunities
Develop data governance and data quality standards that are consistent with customer requirements
Provide Business Intelligence and Analytics leadership in collaboration with internal Practice Leaders, Emerging Technologies, and Applications development and implementation teams
Lead and/or support business development and marketing opportunities
Lead and/or support project delivery of services and solutions
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team
Supervisory duties, as assigned
Required SkillsRequired Experience
10+ years providing data and analytics consulting services
Verifiable data analytics experience in the government market
5+ years with Big Data and Business Intelligence platforms
5+ years of project management experience
2+ years business development experience
Experience implementing data warehouse technologies
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or related program of study
Experience working with GIS technology preferred
Working Conditions
Work is performed within a general office environment 100% of the time. Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require occasional standing and walking. Lighting and temperature are adequate and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. within the office environment. Some local travel is required, as well as travel to other JMT offices and conferences.
