CACI is actively searching for an Executive Administrative Assistant to help support Naval Surface Warfare Center, Corona Division, at Commander, Naval Surface Forces Atlantic location in Norfolk, VA.
What You'll Get to Do:
Support Naval Leaders, Program Staff and maintain a close and responsive relationship with office personnel.
Perform routine and complex clerical and administrative functions, maintain calendars and schedules, for key leaders
Prepare and rout correspondence, reports, and Naval Messages in accordance with SORM 5400
Organize and maintain files, including personnel files
Maintaining records and official publications
Receive office visits and handle telephone communications
Maintain a Maintenance and C5I Naval Message database
Create and process travel documents
Perform other various clerical and administrative duties
More About the Role:
The Executive Assistant to the N6 Director provides professional-level administrative, operational, sensitive and/or confidential matters and policy services to the Director. Must use independent judgment, tact and discretion for successful performance of the work, as responsibilities may include resolution of internal management, policy and operation problems.
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
5 years of Naval administrative experience
Must have knowledge of the Navy structure, policies and program goals
Excellent MS Office knowledge
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Discretion and confidentiality
Must be a U.S. Citizen and be able to acquire a SECRET security clearance.

Pay Range:
This posting is for a position covered by the Service Contract Labor Standards (SCA). The pay and benefits provided for this position will meet or exceed the minimum required amounts detailed in the wage determination issued by the Department of Labor and made applicable to this position, as incorporated into CACI's government contract for the work location.
Minimum Req uired Hourly Wage:
$29.38
