The Product Support Representative works within our corporate office call center providing product support to customers nationwide. This position is located remotely after completing onsite training.
Assisting customers over the phone and email, theProduct Support Representative- Call Centerwill answer customer questions related to new product promotions, product information, new product roll-outs, and provide answers for product-related questions. Responsibilities:
Provide product support to all corporate and franchise stores as well as consumers
Serve as contact point for all corporate and franchise locations on new product communication questions, existing program details, promotions, item lead times, quality assurance inquiries and technical assistance
Maintain call log, problem resolution proficiency standards and customer satisfaction levels
Perform a needs assessment for the customer, recommend products and provide technical assistance where necessary
Work with outside vendors for problem resolution
Communicate internally to ensure the accuracy of product information is entered into company electronic cross-reference system
Qualifications:
High school degree or equivalent required
Minimum of six months experience in customer service
Ability to work a rotational weekly schedule which includes starting as early 7:30 am and working as late as 7:00 pm--- working 8 hours per day. Example: Week 1 from 7:30am-4:30pm, Week 2 from 8am-5pm, and so on. Schedules are provided 4 weeks in advance.
Preferred Qualifications:
Associates Degree in business, communications or related field
Demonstrated strong communications skills, both verbal and written
Ability to handle moderate to high volumes of incoming phone calls and emails
Basic typing skills and working knowledge of MS Office or G-Suite
Problem-solving abilities to provide solutions and resolve customer inquiries
Passion for customer service
