A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A STORE ASSOCIATE
As an Associate, youhave a conversation with customers to identify power and lighting solutions for their lives, homes and businesses.You stock the store and ring up sales, count inventory, demonstrate products, build and repair technical devices, provide excellent service and knowledge to customers.You solve customer problems and build relationships. You feel great about the important role you play in driving our success!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A STORE ASSOCIATE
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong interpersonal, communication and comprehension skills
Sales experience preferred
Technical aptitude, including a basic understanding of electronics
Ability to accurately read testing devices and work with hands
Bilingual English and Spanish
Strong work ethic, team player, resourceful
Ability to pass a drug screening
STORE ASSOCIATE WORK SCHEDULE
This full-time associate position works a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including peak seasons and special events.
