Our client in the manufacturing industry is seeking a Line Lead 1st Shift to join their team. As a Line Lead, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

What's the Job?
Coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments of an establishment according to production schedule.
Review and distribute production, work, and shipment schedules.
Confer with department supervisors to determine progress of work and completion dates.
Compile reports on progress of work, inventory levels, costs, and production problems.
Ensure all safety protocols are followed and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
What's Needed?
High school diploma or equivalent.
2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals.
