Job Summary
Implements and oversees Dominion Energy's Environmental Management System (EMS). Works with business groups to track environmental compliance metrics, develop action plans, and support EMS initiatives. Provides regulatory and scientific expertise, advice, guidance, and interpretation to company personnel which ensures or improves compliance with all air quality, water quality, solid and hazardous waste, and toxic substance regulations at company facilities. Develops processes and procedures to support compliance with federal, state, and local environmental laws and regulations. Develops and conducts environmental awareness and EMS trainings. Champions process changes to improve compliance and efficiency, reduce environmental impact, and control costs. Develops strategies to comply with new requirements and minimizes impacts to company. Sponsors programs enhancing company public image and reputation, from an environmental point of view. Uses electronic databases to analyze and monitor company compliance with regulatory requirements.

At least 5-7 years directly related experience with Environmental Management System planning and execution.
