Responsible for marketing and communications strategy, development, and implementation for Federal programs. Works closely with the Government POC and their partners in developing new marketing programs and implementing new marketing approaches. Manages moderate to complex projects, including the planning and execution to drive impeccable service delivery. Participates in the recommendation and implementation of strategies to achieve marketing goals.
Manages the development, planning, production, revising, compliance, and delivery of marketing and promotional materials.
Provides leadership, direction, technical, and professional expertise in planning, developing, and implementing marketing strategies in coordination with meeting internal and external customer deliverables.
Develops and communicates customer-centric best practices for engaging audiences in print and digital channels.
Manages overarching marketing strategy and planning, including creation of monthly and quarterly campaign themes and webinar schedules, development of service mix promotions, periodic assessment of service delivery, and review of annual reporting trends with customer and leadership to develop targeted communication for customers.
Creates annual webinar calendars and campaign theme guides featuring information on monthly and quarterly campaigns, as well as webinar titles, descriptions, dates, and registration information, for planning and promotional use by agency points of contact.
Provides general oversight and management of program deliverables, including writing, editing, approving, and delivering campaigns annually.
Edits and updates existing webinars and ad hoc presentations as needed and ensures brand management and version control.
Defines materials and communication events needed to support the program's goals in a manner that will influence all constituencies.
Develops and coordinates with leadership and all installation level marketing team, to define objectives, metrics, and goals.
Drives the Government's ideation and development of concept packages maintaining project plan and creatively executing collateral development.
Defines, builds, and maintains best practices and templates for program marketing, communications, and promotional events.
Provides ongoing oversight by partnering with Gov't and corporate marketing teams assuring adherence to these standards in the development of critical marketing collateral.
Ensures and coordinates a cross-functional team approach to targeted marketing strategies ensuring buy-in from all key partners.
Demonstrates technological savvy to translate technical terminology and concepts into business language as well as the appropriate mediums in which to deliver.
Customizes and develops client- and event-specific materials to meet contract requirements associated with program delivery as needed.

Responsibilities
Bachelor's degree required in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field.
7+ years' experience in planning, developing, and executing marketing campaigns, preferably in behavioral health care or closely related area.
3+ years' experience in graphic design, web design, content management or production environment.
Demonstrated marketing acumen and the strategic marketing discipline/management.
Able to navigate complex, highly matrixed organizations in a highly regulated environment.
Strong writing skills required, including experience in graphic design, copywriting and editing.
Integrated marketing communications and management skills including research, analysis and strategy.
Creative, quick thinker with strong executive-level communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
Excellent project management and organizational skills; ability to multitask and prioritize accordingly.
Self-starter, flexible, creative, independent thinker and impeccable attention to detail.
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Acrobat).
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Product Suite.
