Description: The EO 1LMX Change Management Lead reporting to the Sr. Manager, EO 1LMX Organizational Development and Change, is an experienced organizational transformation and change management specialist who will partner with change leads and serve as a catalyst for organizational design changes across the Lockheed Martin enterprise. In co-leading major organizational change initiatives, this consultant must be well-versed and experienced in change management tools and methods, change communications, senior stakeholder engagement, and large-scale organizational transformation strategies.
This role requires consulting experience, with proven experience in advising, facilitating, and influencing employees and leaders of all levels through the change process, including conducting change needs analyses, designing and planning transformation programs, mobilizing change champions and sponsors, embedding org change behaviors and habits, and sustaining change through employee alignment and empowerment practices. The consultant in this role will also work across the organization to align training, change management, and communications teams to support the development of an organization that is prepared for systems and process changes ahead.
This position will function as an integrated part of an Enterprise Operations (EO) Talent and Organizational Capability team and will:
Drive Strategy:
- Lead clients through digital transformation and organizational design implementation initiatives by creating and implementing change management plans, communication strategies, and training programs. Ensure seamless adoption of new digital tools and practices.
- Ensure that change management efforts supporting technology, process, and behavior transformation align to intended business and employee engagement outcomes
- Support the EO 1LMX change management portfolio, including establishing a governance structure, business rhythms, and overseeing change management product development and delivery
- Drive the deployment of leading practices in change management
Create Solutions:
- Leading change management planning, persona development, risk assessments, communications preparation and delivery
- Create and design change management tools and interventions that meet the needs of our customers
- Deliver tangible change management and communications solutions, track their usage, and then be open to consistent feedback and improvements
Coordinate Teams:
- Collaborate with a team of change management and org transformation practitioners through often ambiguous and fluid tasks to drive change adoption
- Motivate the team to achieve organizational goals, and help individual team members to develop and implement timelines to achieve their goals
Basic Qualifications:
Experience in HR, change management, or organizational development roles, including experience supporting a major change management program or transformation. Additionally, the consultant will have:
- Proven change management thought leadership, including designing change management plans, creating and deploying change management products, and measuring change adoption
- Successfully prepared, developed and presented executive-level briefings
- Proven ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders, including Human Resources, Executives, Leadership, and Employees
Desired Skills:
- MA/MS - Organization Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- Prosci or other change management certification
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex and ambiguous organizations
- Experience designing, developing, and analyzing success metrics
- Experience internal and/or external consulting
- Ability to think strategically with experience in creating and implementing detailed tactical, results-driven plans
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, develop and maintain strong business relationships, and build networks with HR clients, business clients, and others throughout the company
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Highly analytical with the ability to gather and interpret data
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity while attending to multiple stakeholders, a variety of concurrent projects, and firm deadlines
- Experience working in a regulated company/industry

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $123,500 - $232,800. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Washington or Washington DC is $107,400 - $205,900 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
