This role is for the F-16 International Co-Production Manufacturing Engineer in Mielec, Poland.

What You Will Be Doing

- Participate in partner build-to-print (BTP) assessment

- Assess build sequence, build flow and production layout for optimal lean configuration

- Perform I/R Site coordinator tasks

- Support Co-Producer effort to develop/revise I/R Site Plan

- Validate with Co-Producer all I/R First Article Demonstrations (FAD)

- Support Safety of Flight (SOF) Inspections as Necessary

- Mentor Co-Producer ME Staff

- Perform Tooling Periodic Inspection Buyoff

- Perform Initial - Tooling Setup / Periodic Inspection

- Perform Tooling Audits (Surveillance)

- Conduct Tooling Inventory Review / Audits

- Conduct, as Applicable, All Tool Design Reviews

- Support all Corrective Action Investigations

- Review and Validate Co-Producer Rework Planning

- Coordinate Co-Producer Development of Work Around Plans

- Perform MBOM / EBOM Assessment

Basic Qualifications:

- F-16 manufacturing experience

- Experience with gauge controlled tooling

- Experience in CATIA

- Experience working with an international supplier

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: Non- standard 40 hour work week as assigned by leader
