We are looking for an Enterprise Sustainability Manager to implement T-Mobile's enterprise-wide sustainability strategy by working across various business groups to drive sustainable business practices, scale innovation, and build initiatives that demonstrate T-Mobile's core products and capabilities. You are adaptable, optimistic, engaging, and authentic that jumps in where needed to help a fast-moving team and department do important, meaningful, and fun work.
This role requires somebody with shown experience developing and implementing complex sustainability strategies and communications for large corporations and working cross-functionally to bring ideas and opportunities to life. You have strong presentation and interpersonal skills and can work collaboratively across all levels and departments; you can communicate complex environmental topics and data to a wide array of diverse partners; and you thrive in an entrepreneurial driven environment and are not afraid to push the boundaries of what's possible to change the world for GOOD.

What you'll do in your role.
Work across business units and corporate groups to support the implementation, management, and measurement of sustainable business practices across the company; Provide a forum for collaboration and co-creation to advance T-Mobile's enterprise-level sustainability goals.
Create and deliver innovative solutions that use T-Mobile's technology, scale, and resources to drive positive environmental change as well as business value for T-Mobile.
Develop and implement an enterprise-wide plan to engage and inspire employees to become sustainability advocates. Establish effective ways to galvanize and connect with a diverse and decentralized workforce.
Develop essential communications that drives internal and external partner awareness around ways T-Mobile is contributing to a thriving planet as we operate and grow our business.
Support corporate partnerships and campaigns with NGOs that engages employees and consumers, drives measurable impact towards enterprise-wide goals, and builds our reputation as a purposeful brand.
Analyze industry trends, emerging requirements, and sustainability practices around key topics such as greenhouse gas emissions, renewable energy, waste, sustainable product design, resource conservation, climate resiliency, etc. Distill insights, develop and align on the case for change with leaders and key internal partners.
The experience you'll bring.
Bachelor's Degree in Environment, Sustainable Business, or related field.
8-10+ years working in the sustainability space in strategy and communications development.
Strong experience and knowledge of environmental issues, particularly related to climate change strategy and reporting.
Proven competency for environmental-related analytics. You are comfortable analyzing environmental data around carbon, footprint reductions, LCAs, and interpreting results.
Strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to lead complex projects across all levels and bring different teams and functions together to achieve objectives.
Strong presentation and communication skills and ability to make the case for change using data and analytics. Your style is authentic, engaging, and motivating.
A strong attention to detail, ability to manage deadlines and juggle competing priorities.
Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
