In this role you are responsible for configuration, and installation of voice and e-services in BCD Travels Contact Centers. Duties include but are not limited to configuring and installing skill based routing using DNIS Digits with integration to Agent Sip Servers, Trunking Sip Servers, Configuration Routers, and Statistical Servers. Responsible for working trouble tickets by analyzing, isolating and diagnosing issues with Genesys applications .

Responsible for the configuration of speech recognition, registration and screen pop - GVP
Responsible for configuration of CTI link (WFM), Email, Chat and Speech
Responsible for the programming maintenance of the telecommunications operations for multiple site(s), assuring control, reliability, performance and security of voice communications

Responsible for the quality of telecommunications operations for multiple site(s), assuring control, reliability, performance and security of voice communications

Proven track record with Telecom and Network System Design
Extensive experience with technical development and analysis
