This position provides support to employees and leaders on employment-related concerns, issues, and questions. Evaluates employee relations issues and concerns and recommends appropriate resolution to management. Responsible for developing, implementing, and administering the corrective action process assuring compliance with policies and employment laws. Key Responsibilities: - Administers the corrective action process which includes leader consultation, review of documentation and delivery. - Logs cases and maintains documentation. - Provides consultation and responds to leaders and employees regarding employee relations topics and issues. - Assesses the nature and severity of an issue to either provide coaching resources or refer complex issues to appropriate team members. - Conducts investigations that are low to medium in complexity. - Partners with talent acquisition on new hire related issues and consults on rehire eligibility questions. Preferred Qualifications: - Minimum of 2 years human resources experience, with broad knowledge of various areas of HR including employee relations. - Experience working in a unionized environment preferred.

Education Qualifications:

Bachelors degree required with a preference in business administration, human resource management or related field.

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:

No certification/licensure required.
