Summary:
The Accounting Generalist implements budgeting and financial record keeping procedures to ensure efficient coordination of multiple priorities. The Accounting Generalist supports the Authorized Budget Holder (CEO) with analysis of company expenditure and assists in the production of the month's financial forecasts, completing Finance system actions and crafting supporting narrative.

Job Specification
Support Facilitator:
Bookkeeping:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Reconcile financial transactions and prepare financial reports.
Monitor cash flow and manage budgetary control.
Agency Invoices:
Generate and issue invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
Track and follow up on outstanding payments.
Maintain organized invoice records and resolve billing discrepancies.
Expense Management:
Manage and track agency expenses and employee reimbursements.
Review and verify expense reports.
Develop expense policies and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Vendor Account Management:
Establish and maintain relationships with vendors.
Review contracts, negotiate terms, and resolve issues.
Identify cost optimization and vendor consolidation opportunities.
Cost Benefit Analysis
Conduct comprehensive analysis for agency initiatives.
Evaluate investments and assess financial feasibility.
Provide recommendations for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
