We are seeking a Senior Manager of Core Industrial Engineering to lead a dynamic team of industrial engineers and operations analysts. As a Senior Manager you will impact all of the following and more:

- Collaborate for Excellence: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and implement effective solutions that enhance operational efficiency and product quality.
- Strategic Planning: Manage budgets, schedules, and resources for industrial engineering projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Data-Driven Insights: Conduct analyses and provide strategic recommendations to senior management regarding manufacturing processes and systems.
- Compliance and Standards: Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations, standards, and policies related to defense aerospace manufacturing.
- Mentorship and Development: Foster a supportive environment by providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members, promoting professional growth and development.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in industrial engineering and defense aerospace manufacturing.

This position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing, including at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of defense aerospace manufacturing processes, systems, and equipment
- Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams
Desired Skills:
- Experience with digital transformation within manufacturing industry
- Strong Presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership.
- Experience implementing SIOP
- Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Earned Value Management Systems
- Experience with manufacturing budgeting, scheduling, and resource management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
