CACI is looking for a Technical Project Manager to manage the Operation and Maintenance (O&M) support a FOIA case management solution. This position involves managing a mixed staff of remote and on-site professionals using Agile principles to create software modules and work products using Angular / TypeScript development that meet customer's business requirements for new features, enhancement of existing capabilities, and correction of defects identified in the system. You will be is responsible for directing and coordinating the activities of five to seven IT professionals to meet the cost, quality, and schedule requirements for the on-going support, operation, and maintenance of the FOIA case management solution operated in an on-premise cloud environment. You will oversee the planning, design, and implementation of new system capabilities and enhancement of existing functionality; the deployment and testing of software; and reporting of progress, cost, and quality to internal and customer stakeholders. You will make pro-active recommendations and advise on system improvements, automation, and risk management. You will also coach members of the team to ensure they have a clear understanding of the requirements and project goals.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Responsible for the successful execution of all project activities for the Operation and Maintenance of the system.
Works with customer PMO to establish priorities, set schedules, define appropriate metrics, and address issues and concerns.
Serves as the primary point-of-contact for all project issues and inquiries for internal and external stakeholders.
Leads the team to plan and execute sprints for delivering incremental functionality to the system.
Oversees efforts to meet customer and business needs.
Works with JIRA and Confluence.
Identify improvement opportunities (proactive and reactive) by assessing business process and system inefficiencies.
Required Qualifications:
Active Top Secret (TS) Clearance - US Citizenship required
Undergraduate Degree
12+ years of experience
Project Management Professional certification
Experience with Earned Value Management measurement and reporting
Ability to communicate effectively and collaboratively with hybrid teams
Demonstrated knowledge and experience with the Agile software development lifecycle.
Stay current with customer needs and strategies; utilizing formal and informal written communication methods (for example, emails, newsletters, PowerPoint presentations, executive updates, task lists, updates) to communicate updates and findings; and facilitating project meetings and presentations to all types of diverse audiences (for example, senior management, Customers, technical staff)
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have :
Experience with FOIA Case Management
Experience managing development activities in the Angular Framework / TypeScript
Providing advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices
Experience with JIRA and Confluence
Experience with Section 508 (WCAG) web accessibility

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$89,500-$188,000
