Job Description

The Director will focus on sales strategies including key initiatives of driving profitability and protecting and growing the Enterprise account base. They are responsible for ensuring the Business Sales Managers and their respective sales teams meet and exceed all sales, operational, and performance objectives through strong leadership including training, development and coaching. Through this team of Managers they are also responsible for achieving balance between gross activation, CPGA & sales productivity goals. This leader will also uphold strategic partnerships with business partners to effectively achieve all company objectives.

What you'll do in your role.

  • Develop and lead a highly productive sales team consisting of five managers and a total of 30 + sales professionals in attaining sales, revenue growth, segment share, customer satisfaction, and productivity objectives.

  • Develop and lead department in attaining channel Sales, CPGA/SAC, Churn and productivity objectives.

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with high-level buying influences in key customer accounts.

  • Identify growth opportunities and create and implement a sales growth strategy to maximize existing channels and identify additional avenues for revenue and customer acquisition.

  • As part of the B2B leadership team, act as a trusted advisor and thought leader to the executive management team on strategic, financial, and human resource initiatives.

  • Recruit, hire, and develop high-caliber talent and sales teams that possess the professional qualifications and personal characteristics representative of the exemplary level of service offered by T-Mobile.

  • Build and maintain collaborative working relationships with key leaders in field sales, marketing, finance, and channel management to achieve overall organizational objectives.

The experience you'll bring.

  • Bachelor's Degree: Related Field

  • 8 + Years Of Field Business To Business Sales Management Experience.

  • Experience Establishing A Vision, Developing A Strategy, Cascading To A Sales Organization, And Driving Delivery Against Strategic Objectives.

  • Experience In A Management Role Leading Teams Of Field Sales Professionals.

  • Solid Understanding Of The Mobility Ecosystem.

  • Success In Motivating And Developing Sales Teams For A Challenger Brand.

  • Strong Financial And Business Acumen In General With Emphasis On Defining, Analyzing And Negotiating Complex Business Agreements.

  • Sales Incentive Program Development And Management Experience.

  • Proven Track Record Of Success And Over Achievement.

  • Outstanding Leadership Skills; A Strategic Business Leader Able To Align With Company's Culture And Values.

  • A Mature, Confident Professional Who Motivates Others By Goal Setting, Creating A Team Atmosphere And Leading By Example.

  • At least 18 years of age

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • A valid license, a clean driving record, and proof of insurance at your own cost is requiredT-Mobile requires all employees in this position to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 prior to starting work, unless precluded from doing so by applicable law.
