Overview
The Representative, Customer Service - On Site provides customer service on-site at customer locations. This position provides on-site service in responding to customer inquiries and requests for assistance. They will be required to coordinate on-site Office Depot receiving and stocking shipments of ordered products in designated supply areas and performing inventory of supply area product on hand. Heavy lifting of up to 50lbs.
This position provides on-site customer service and assistance at customer locations. This position will also operate with minimal supervision at these on-site locations, representing Office Depot products and services. Ongoing attention to customer needs directly impacts sales from that customer, along with supporting a positive relationship and positive Office Depot image with the customer and its employees. Demonstrate a commitment to Office Depot core values. Computer skills with Microsoft Office applications and Gmail.
