Dal-Tile is currently seeking an exceptional Lease Administrator to join our TEAM! As the Lease Administrator we need someone who is ready to develop and maintain lease transaction timelines and handle project management.

Primary Objective

Provides Commercial Lease payment execution including rents, 842 accounting standards Coordination for all Dal-Tile and Mohawk North American locations including, sometimes, direct communication with senior management up to and including presidents of divisions. Annual payments processed in excess of $120M USD. Oversee lease transaction process; perform review of legal documents for accuracy; maintain database; perform analysis on lease transactions; interface with 3rd party service providers; prepare PowerPoint presentations as needed; maintain contacts with Landlords and service providers as required; initiate LARWF process; process requests and maintain database for real estate-related insurance certificates; draft correspondence to landlords and/or owners; interface with parent and sister company personnel on all real estate-related matters; interface with Facility group as needed.

Major Function and Scope

  • Develop and maintain lease transaction timelines - project management

  • Review estoppels and SNDA's for accuracy and processes for execution - familiarity w/legal documents

  • Updates Virtual Premise database; develops reports - computer database skills

  • Performs analysis on reports and interfaces w/Finance re expense, capital and budget items - MS Excel expertise (includes pivot tables)

  • Communicates with service providers assuring they are on point and performing as contracted - interpersonal communications

  • Develops PowerPoint presentations- MS Office expert level

  • Responsible for accurate contacts and remediates any issues such as late/no rent etc., missing exhibits, signatures

  • Creates LARWF projects in LARWF tool and manages to successful conclusion

  • Provides ad hoc requests for insurance certificates

  • In depth knowledge of internal accounting standards

  • Performs other related duties as required.

Experience and Knowledge Required

  • High school or GED required. College degree desired.

  • Real estate license a plus.BOMI Institute or IFMA coursework an advantage.

  • Real-estate or property-management background a bonus.Self-starter, strong work ethic. Independent thinker. Creative

  • Proven record of success in an office environment.Proven record of accomplishing tasks/projects on a timely basis.

  • Record of employment working for property management firm, real estate brokerage, developer or general contractor a plus.Strong to expert computer skills.Proven record of self-initiative.Avid reader a plus - progressive record of continual learning/continuing education.

Strong Microsoft Office skills especially in Excel and PowerPoint. Active listener. Desire to provide Best in Class customer service, dedication to excellence. Articulate but not verbose. Proficient with researching via internet or other means available. Good phone skills. Strong written communication skills.
