POSITION SUMMARY
The inside sales specialist will play a fundamental role in achieving customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. They must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with Regional Sales Managers and channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Essential Functions Statement(s)
Set up targets ( products, market share, market segment, customers) in line with the company's growth plans and execution strategy, working together with the Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) to achieve the results.
Understand customer needs and requirements and identify sales opportunities.
Work on the qualified opportunities with the Regional Sales Manager(s) (RSMs) for further business development and sales.
Monitor pending quotes with active follow-up with designated RSM.
Continuously study, understand, and size the market, players, market share, and work with the product management, business development, marketing, and sales leadership to support the sales strategy development.
Oversee the CRM activities in the region, maintain and expand the database of prospects within their assigned territory
Work with Regional Sales Managers and channel partners to build pipelines and close deals.
Work with the sales campaign team on growth initiatives agreed.
Provide air traffic control, orchestrating the company resources for optimum sales execution.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: Associates Degree Required - Four (4) year degree Preferred - Field Engineering
Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in outside or inside sales. Experience in vacuum pumps would be an asset.
Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
Strong listening and sales skills.
Ability to achieve targets
Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Other Requirements: May be required to travel domestically with some overnight stays.
