By contributing to reliable inventory counts, Inventory Supervisors help our customers make better decisions to support theneeds of their customers.
Job Responsibilities
Supervise customers' on-site inventories, at the various customer locations, utilizing RGIS
standardized processes
Manage inventory flow plans, effectively direct and guide Inventory Associates during the
inventory process, and ensure Perfect Event standards are met
Exhibit exemplary customer service, including but not limited to, professional and timely
communication, having a sense of urgency, and meeting expected service levels
Consistently drive profitability and productivity goals by utilizing financial and analytical
management tools to monitor performance.
Oversee execution of inventories. Ensures accuracy, productivity, efficiency, and on-time
completion objectives are met for each inventory performed
Take ownership for compliance with all Company policies, procedures and initiatives,
including compliance with all employment laws.
Supervising inventories is a very active job - Inventory Supervisors bend, kneel and climb
ladders, while working on their feet or knees throughout the inventory
Be reliable and attend all scheduled inventories on time

Experience or Knowledge Requirements
At least 21years of age
An equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered. Minimum of two years of experience in managing retail single or multi-store environments or a similar field.
Ability to motivate others in a positive manner to obtain desired performance results
Strong work ethic with the ability to focus in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours
Professional, with the ability to properly communicate with customers and RGIS employees
Ability to, with or without reasonable accommodation, frequently squat, kneel, bend, climb
ladders and reach, as well as stand for up to 10-12 hours
