Summary
MOD is looking for an Associate Marketing Manager - Digital to join our Digital Marketing team. This person will be responsible for managing MOD's store listings on our digital channels, plus providing marketing support across our digital product suite.
Because so much of the digital channel's success is driven by -the little things,- attention to detail and nuance are critical in this role. This role will span multiple digital product lines, and the person who will be most successful in this role will have a passion for learning the -ins and outs- of each of them and helping ensure MOD customers have an amazing digital experience.
Key Responsibilities
Day-to-day management and oversight of MOD's store information across digital marketing channels (Google, Yelp, modpizza.com, etc.)
Build collaborative relationships with cross-functional stakeholders (Marketing, IT, Operations) to ensure store listing information is accurate across channels
Become the subject matter expert for online listings, including monitoring and evaluating industry trends and best practices
Report and communicate internally on the digital performance of MOD's online store listings
Assist with making website content changes for modpizza.com, while developing an understanding of the elements needed for a great digital customer experience
Assist with ensuring digital menus are displaying accurately, while gaining exposure into the complexities of digital menus and online order fulfillment
Provide marketing operations support for a variety of digital marketing initiatives (sweepstakes, new product offerings, and more)
Assist with user acceptance testing of digital product enhancements
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing or Business, or equivalent work experience
Minimum 1+ years of relevant Marketing experience in dynamic, fast-paced organizations, or equivalent experience
Strong attention to detail, with a results-oriented focus
Excellent communication, teamwork, and organization skills
Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
Experience working with Microsoft Excel
Basic competency with HTML and inline CSS coding
Experience with Google Analytics or alternate website analytics platforms
Ability to work a flexible schedule as business needs ebb and flow
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Google My Business and Google Tag Manager
Knowledge of local SEO and website content management systems (CMS)
Proven track record of problem-solving, issue resolution and adjusting on the fly within the ever-evolving digital environment
Previous restaurant or e-commerce industry experience
Physical Requirements
Office work involves remaining in a stationary position most of the time in front of a computer, using a keyboard, mouse and telephone. Regularly operate a computer and other office equipment. Occasionally move about the work site to access file cabinets, office equipment, etc. Exert up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or regularly move objects. Communicate and exchange information with co-workers and other individuals in person and electronically.
