JOB SUMMARY
Reporting directly to the Supervisor or Site Manager, the packer is responsible for moving product in a safe and efficient manner, at the direction of the Supervisor and/or Operations Management. Other general labor duties may be required.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Assembly line packaging of product that can weight 5 lbs or more
May include sorting, repacking and labeling, pallet repair, and other duties
Maintain an organized and clean work area.
Maintain proper safety procedures and operations
Job Requirements
Previous warehouse packing experience in a warehouse setting is preferred
The ability to stand during long period of time.
The ability to work in a warehouse environment - continuously lifting and moving
The ability to meet fast-paced productivity goals and standards
Must be available to work overtime
