We are a member-based organization so you are assured to have a full schedule. We offer Jan Marini and Obagi Facials as well as PCA Peels and Microderm Infusion. What we are Looking for:
Advanced Practice Esthetician (strongly preferred)
Salon Managers License or the ability to take the Manager's Test
Able to educate your guests on the importance of at home care
Customer Service Focused and Sales Minded
Ability to multi-task and feel comfortable in a busy environment
Must be a team player
Ability to learn multiple skincare lines
Able to work some nights and weekends as the business warrants
Be open to ongoing training and education
Comfortable upgrading from facials to peels/microdermabrasion and adding Enhancements to your services to assure the guest gets maximum results

Well-skilled professionals who have a minimum of 500 hours of skin care education and required classroom work under their belts. You'll also need to meet the esthetics licensing requirements in our state and be able to pass a background and reference check with flying colors.
Thirsty for knowledge, seeking ongoing training to build on their skin care mastery
Clear communicators who can effectively identify each client's needs, set clear expectations, and guide clients through the treatment to achieve the goals of each service.
Total body care champions who can recommend follow-up visits and additional services and products as needed to help clients pursue their wellness goals.
