As aRecruiter, you will help us find talented folks to support our continued growth. Located at theBatteries Pluscorporate office in Hartland, WI, theRecruiterwill be an active member of the HR team and will partner with Hiring Managers to anticipate and meet the evolving employment needs of both hourly and management positions in our multi-state operations. We're looking for a self-starter who is motivated to develop, implement and execute creative recruitment programs that will attract diverse, high-quality talent to our retail stores and corporate teams. This position will be an onsite role but open to a hybrid model with remote flexibility.

Responsibilities:
Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume and other online sources
Execute recruitment programs and create collateral to attract applicants and fill specific job openings
Develop materials to educate applicants about the position and company
Reviews applications and interviews applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills and salary requirements
Screens and refers candidates for additional interviews with others in the organization
Writes and places job advertising in various media
Coordinates participation in, sets up display and works at job fairs
Utilizes online recruiting sources to identify and recruit candidates
Files and maintains employment records for future references
Qualifications:
Associates Degree in Human Resources. Will consider related experience in lieu of education.
Minimum 3 years of end-to-end recruiting experience of both exempt and non-exempt positions
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience sourcing through social media avenues
