What You'll Get to Do:
Implement all aspects of the Configuration Management program to ensure customer needs are met.
Support the Assistant Program Manager for Logistics and team with briefings and documentation for the program office and senior leadership.
Review Mission Package Engineering Change Proposals (ECP) for format and content and provide feedback to the Mission Package team.
Manage the monthly Configuration Control Board (CCB) to include overseeing the CCB process.
Track baseline configuration changes to each Mission Package.
Prepare monthly metrics for the Deputy Program Manager review.
Oversee review and update of the Configuration Management Plan.
Update the Logistics SharePoint Online site.
Review contract changes and assess impacts to the CM program.
Demonstrated history of self-motivated and independent work.
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
5+ years or more of experience in configuration management.
Secret clearance.
Good interpersonal skills to work with project teams, technical leads, and stakeholders.
Ability to work alone on individual projects with supervision and collaborate with multidisciplinary team members.
Proficient in MS Office 365 suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills, and a background in working with multidisciplinary teams.
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:
Experience supporting the Littoral Combat Ship (LCS) program.
Experience supporting a Navy Systems Command Program Office, including NAVWAR, NAVSEA, or NAVAIR.
Experience with DoD or Navy configuration management procedures and regulations.
MA or MS degree.
Project Management Professional (PMP).
Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Life Cycle Logistics (LCS) Level II certification.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$64,400 - $135,100
