The American Heart Association has an excellent opportunity for a Project Coordinator supporting our National Center office that is located in Dallas, TX. This role can be home based.
The Project Coordinator is esponsible for providing administrative and general operations support for Quality, Outcomes Research & Analytics (QORA) team. Provides contracting support services, timely internal customer service, database entry for contracts and customer subscription data, and other administrative efforts as assigned. Communicates guidance to staff and stakeholders on contracting process, needs, and status updates. Tracks and monitors customer agreement requests from submission to execution, collaborating as needed with QORA Operations team and American Heart Association Legal team. Supports customer subscription invoicing process and customer data management as needed.

Responsibilities
Provides administrative and operations support for QORA team
Provides coworkers and other stakeholders with excellent customer service, responding to requests in a timely manner and adhering to deadlines as appropriate.
Facilitates contract and other account services requests, prepare contracts, and ensure completion and close-out of open internal service requests. Processes contracts and invoices as needed.
Evaluates and maintains information and accurate data for compliance requirements, CRM database, and other internal reporting needs. Collaborates with internal and external customers to ensure data and documentation is accurate and meets expectations. Conducts data audits as needed.
Utilize vendor and/or the American Heart Association systems (e.g. E1, Optimus, etc.) efficiently and competently to complete duties/projects.
Develops and maintains documentation on key administrative processes
Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
2 to 5 years of experience in project coordination or related field.
Proficiency in basic contract processes.
Ability to prepare clear and professional written and presentation communications in English.
Excellence in customer service.
Compensation & Benefits
The expected pay range will be $45,000.00 to $55,000.00 Pay is commensurate with experience; geographic differentials to the pay range may apply. The American Heart Association reserves the right to pay more or
