Dent Wizard needs an independent and highly motivated individual with the ability to build strong relationships.
Responsibilities:
Maintain exceptional communication and build positive relationships with multiple off-site managers.
Establishes recruiting requirements by reviewing job description and job qualifications, as well as meeting with managers to discuss their needs, organizational plans and objectives.
Source and attract applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting industry groups, connecting with industry schools and accessing databases and job sites.
Conduct phone interviews using various reliable selection tools/methods to filter candidates.
Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers, phone interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
Inform candidates fully about the job and company and the role for which they are interviewing.
Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
Arranges hiring manager interviews by coordinating schedules and all other parts of the personalized candidate process.
Brief and debrief candidates before and after onsite interviews and job demos.
Qualifications:
Must have 1-2 years of recruiting, customer service experience with candidate assessment and selection (e.g. phone screens, interviews, etc.) preferred.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience high volume recruiting
Experience in a ready labor staffing or high turnover environments a preferred.
Experience understanding job requirements and identifying those requirements in candidate resumes and one-on-one interactions.
Experience building positive relationships with business partners and co-workers.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a variety of personalities and work styles and achieve a high level of activity.
