Job Description:
Responsible for heavy volume telephone and personal contact with the public through answering and referring incoming calls; completing and processing all new customer information forms and customer service request forms; verifying insurance coverage and limits as applicable; scheduling delivery, pick up of services as needed; performing retail sales and filling customer orders for equipment and supplies; and instructing customers of all ages and abilities on the safe and proper use of equipment along with related home safety, infection control and emergency preparedness issues. Maintain general knowledge of most equipment and supplies Work Experience: 1 year experience in customer service setting.
