Job Description

The Lead Customer Service Representative @ Magnolia Glen provides exceptional customer service that establishes a warm, secure and friendly atmosphere in the community.

Schedule: M-Th or M-F, 8:30-5 but can change depending on scheduling needs

What will I do every day?

  • Monitor residents, guests and or visitors coming in and out of the community

  • Assist residents with requests as needed

  • Take the lead in the day-to-day adiministration of the move-in and welcome process

  • Maintain a neat and clean front desk and entrance area

  • Respond to emergencies and supply emergency personnel

  • Audit records and files

What will I need to be successful in this role?

  • Bring a smile to work every day

  • Be a great team player

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience preferred

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
