THE ROLE
The Manager, Sustainability Operations & Analytics will develop and maintain internal systems and processes that will support alignment and integration of our sustainability vision across the organization. You will implement processes and provide organizational support across a range of sustainability programs and assure business units have the appropriate tools and resources they need to successfully deliver against our global sustainability goals.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Develop Global Sustainability Support Model:
You will document and disseminate best practices, develop training materials, manage and build upon sustainability resource hub, and build systems, processes, and improvement plans to streamline support, create efficiencies, and empower global teams in the successful implementation of our sustainability programs across the organization.
You will work closely with a diverse group of international teams to influence strategy, provide insights and problem solving, and support the achievement of key milestones and continuous improvement.
Lead Data Collection & Analytics:
You will maintain sustainability dashboards and track key performance indicators. Support business units in the development of sustainability related objectives and key results (OKRs) that align toward global sustainability goals and metrics.
You will leverage data to report on global progress and build business case for projects and investments that advance sustainability and business goals.
You will lead annual benchmarking and work with teams to help assess their sustainability performance and close gaps
Communication and Engagement:
You will be a strategic partner and build strong relationships with cross-functional internal teams, championing sustainability with a diverse group of stakeholders
You will support and help activate employees globally to participate in company-wide sustainability efforts
You will need to bring an acute sense of judgement and tact when navigating competing agendas and priorities and being able to influence without direct authority
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
A degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, Sustainability/Environmental Management, or related technical field
5+ years of experience implementing sustainability programs and processes, ideally in a large, matrixed organization
Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in an international environment including across Europe, Asia Pacific, and Latin America
Familiarity with greenhouse gas accounting standards (GHG Protocol, Science Based Targets Initiative) and global sustainability frameworks and reporting standards (GRI, CDP, TCFD)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Data analysis & visualization experience. Ability to communicate technical and financial information to non-technical teams
Proficiency in excel
Flexibility and ability to successfully navigate ambiguity and succeed in a fast-paced organization
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
Flexibility in worker location i.e. work from home and/or office out of closest Live Nation office
