CACI is seeking an IT Operations Manager to support the EPS program at Langley AFB, VA. Join our Kessel Run All-Domain Operations Suite (KRADOS) team where you will be working to support the modernization and operational sustainment of the next Air Operations Center (AOC) baseline that serves as the foundational environment to execute air power objectives. As part of this team you will be a part of the process to rapidly develop, produce, and deploy software across the AOC baseline, while continuously iterating and improving upon those software applications. This contract will support efforts to develop and continuously integrate and develop the KRADOS suite into multiple Air Operations Centers across the globe and support joint operations to enhance the overall ecosystem across all services.
Responsibilities:
Leads and provides strategic advice, technical guidance, and expertise to the team in multiple functional areas- enterprise services, cybersecurity, release and fielding, and service management.
Executes 24/7/365 centralized sustainment of the KRADOS capability, providing real-time support to end users and delivering installs, upgrades, and security responsibilities to the baseline.
Oversees monitoring and maintenance of the KRADOS services.
Balances multiple requirements and priorities to deliver and sustain relevant technology to end users by Program Management Office (PMO) and Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) stakeholder focal points to include other interaction with external agencies.
Serves as key consultant for MAJCOM, PMO, AFRL, and End User Community leaders requiring coordination, collaboration, and facilitation of KRADOS efforts.
Collaborates with PMO and AFRL on enhancing task alignment, streamlining workflows, and increasing communication, resulting in shortened timelines, fewer errors, and less disruption to operations.
Ensures maximum system availability by delivering real-time support via IT resources to meet enterprise needs.
Manage Enterprise monitoring to include recording, and tracking problem reports (trouble tickets, Deficiency Reports, etc) from operational users as well as those generated internally during sustainment activities.
Deconflict install/upgrade activities and operations, ensure timely and accurate completion of work, confirm appropriate Configuration Management closeout actions are completed.
Balance multiple competing requirements and priorities to sustain and deliver relevant technology to geographically dispersed operators in accordance with PMO and AFRL guidelines.
Receive and interpret government guidance to develop prioritized, actionable tasks to meet government requirements and intent.
Qualifications:
Required:
TS/SCI security clearance.
BA/BS Degree with 8+ years of relevant experience. Additional year's of experience may be substituted for lack of a degree.
Strong process improvement and customer service skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$78,100-$171,900
