Job Description:
The Enterprise Analytics Director aligns and directs the management, development, and integration of data analytics and business intelligence necessary for supporting the mission, vision strategies, objectives, and goals of the business. Responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction for enterprise analytics programs including reporting, dashboarding, advanced analytics, and data science at Essentia Health. This includes implementation of technologies and strategies to drive clinical and business adoption and decision-making.
Education Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or health-related degree required.
Master's degree a strong plus in a relevant field including Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience preferred.
Licensure/Certification Qualifications:
Relevant certifications including AHIC, RHIA, CPHIMS preferred.
