Job Description:
CACI is seeking a Business Systems Analyst Manager in support of the Enterprise Support Information Technology/Chief Information Officer (ES IT/CIO) Business Process Reengineering (BPR) Team.
Responsible for facilitating the process to collect and define client requirements. Provides advice and recommendations on process best practices. Performs analysis on business or systems processes to identify improvements. Works with clients to understand and define needs and develop and recommend solutions. Problems faced are difficult to moderately complex. Interacts and communicates with end-users, management, vendors, and IT personnel.
What You'll Get to Do:
Provide direct support and management to the the MyNavy HR processes and functions to facilitate the transition from the current state to the future state. The end-to-end process spans multiple systems, roles, data, and organizations. Output and tasks will capture a wide breath of information that will support organizational redesign and cost savings.
Qualifications :
Requires Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, mathematics, statistics, business, engineering, or physical and 10 years of business process improvement and complex problem solving experience.
Requires active SECRET Clearance.
Knowledge of Navy personnel systems, data and business rules.
Must possess the ability to influence others outside of own job area regarding policies and practices.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$95,500-$210,100
