Provide tactical, operational, and strategic support for assigned program(s). Work closely with members of the Programs team, collaboratively, and cross-functionally with key stakeholders and leadership.
What you'll do in your role.
Serves as a key point of contact for assigned program(s) for the Enterprise Segment within T-Mobile; provides support and helps to drive continuous process improvement
Supports communication with users, key stakeholders and leadership regarding program-related issues, enhancements, etc., as required
Helps define, communicate and analyze reporting, metrics and measurements; and making recommendations to the business
Creates a process and forum to educate executives on T-Mobile's new products and services, prior to market launch.
Supports the program management of the Enterprise Segment training calendar, training completions and the recruiting process.
Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.

Bachelors Degree - working toward a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Human Resources
Microsoft Office - Word, Power Point, Excel
Work or College Project experiences related to assigned program(s).

Must be actively enrolled in University/College course credits. GAP year students are ineligible.
