The Opportunity:
CAC is seeking a Cloud Information Systems Security Specialist to be part of an Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 integrated project team supporting a Department of Defense (DoD) multi-Agency program. As an experienced professional in CACI's growing Business and Information Technology Solutions (BITS), you will be part of a team where complex problem solving, and communication skills are critical to success. As the Cloud Information Systems Security Specialist you will apply architectural and software engineering expertise to lead in the planning, design, delivery, and validation of an Oracle EBS ERP shared-service solution.
Responsibilities:
Design application security framework in OCI to meet DoD customer security policies and objectives
Establish security and cyber controls including STIGs, scans, logging, monitoring
Configure and Maintain WebInspect, McAFee, ACAS and other security tools
Build safeguards against breaches, cyber-attacks, and intrusions
Deliver FedRAMP Self-Assessment Reports
Develop and maintain secured cloud computing architecture (SCCA)
Develop RMF, IAVM, and Plan of Action and Milestone (POAM) Technical documents
Provide expert support, research and analysis of complex problems, and processes related to Cloud Security
Serve as technical expert to the Cybersecurity Assessment Program providing technical direction, interpretation, and alternatives to complex problems.
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor's degree (Will consider experience in lieu of degree)
Five or more years of related work experience
Experience installing and configuring various security products to secure Oracle EBS and supporting application within Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
Experience with Splunk, web Inspect scan, pen test, ACAS, MacAfee, Database, and application STIGs, etc.
Experience with cloud infrastructure protection
Experience with Oracle OCI and configuring VDMS (Virtual Datacenter Management Stack) and VDSS (Virtual Datacenter Security Stack)
Experience providing physical and virtual support, maintenance, and security for Red Hat (RHEL 6 & 7), Linux (6 & 7), Windows Server 2008 & 2016, and Windows 7/10 Desktop
Experience with vulnerability scanning tools
Experience with Authentication and Account Management (Active Directory, DNS, LDAP, TACACS, Local, KVM)
Experience securing virtual environment using Oracle
Experience with Common Vulnerability and Exposure lookup
Experience with RMF, IAVM, and Plan of Action and Milestone (POAM) Technical Documents
Experience with WebInspect
Hardware experience: servers, workstations, peripherals, tape robots
Database experience: Oracle, SQL Server
Understanding of shared security model within OCI including data security, account and identity, application, network controls and Operating System security
DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (i.e., OCI Foundations 2020/22, RH SA I, Security + CE, GICSP, SSCP)
Able to obtain an IT-I background investigation (U.S. Citizenship required)
Desired:
Experience with real-time operations/mission systems
Experience with Oracle and SQL server database security
Ability to apply advanced principles, theories, and concepts, and contribute to the development of innovative principles and ideas
Experience with cybersecurity software tools and assist in the development of software tools requirements and selection criteria to include the development of product specific STIGs from applicable DISA SRGs.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$68,400-$143,700
