You will be the Systems Engineer Associate Manager for the F-22 Systems Integration and Test (SI&T) team. Our team is primarily responsible for the technical planning and execution of integrated test including:
- Test procedure development
- Laboratory scheduling
- Demo coordination
- Data analysis
- Requirements verification
- Metrics tracking
What You Will Be Doing
As the Systems Engineer Associate Manager you will be responsible ensuring team milestones are achieved to meet associated specific program achievements, apply the appropriate standards, processes, procedures, and tools throughout the team's workflow, and improve or develop processes as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Lead execution and performance of F-22 SI&T Test team to include people, processes, and tools.
- Test planning, execution and status of capability integration, regression, verification and certification efforts onsite and offsite labs for the F-22 platform.
- Provide ongoing status updates to Lockheed senior leadership and the F-22 customers.
- Foster innovation and appropriate risk measures to drive digital transformation initiatives associated with automated testing.
- Responsible for performance assessment, work assignments, salary planning, recognition, disciplinary actions, career development, and succession planning.
- Responsible for employee recruitment, creating requisitions, conducting interviewing, selection, onboarding, training and competency development.
- Responsible for workforce planning/forecasting through assignments of direct personnel to funded and high potential work.
- Defines and aligns training needs and plans, Knowledge Continuity strategy, talent acquisition strategies, and ensures overall competency development and relevancy.
- Promotes Engineering and Technology affordability and effectiveness through alignment with enterprise-level test automation efforts.

This position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth.
You will need to be a US Citizen, and currently possess and be able to maintain a US DoD SECRET clearance, to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in a STEM field (engineering highly desired).
- Experience with design, development, integration, and/or test.
- Demonstrated leadership experience.
- Must have active Secret clearance or higher.
Desired Skills:
- F-22 Program clearances desired.
- Familiarity with Mission Systems and general avionics architectures and functionality.
- Systems Engineering development and integration experience.
- Experience in Mission Systems capabilities within aircraft platform(s).
- Experience in developing and executing technical plans.
- Lab testing in both Hardware-In-The-Loop as well as virtual development labs (RVDL).
- Experienced working with multiple LM Aero F-22 engineering teams, such as System Design and Software.
- Experience with leading Agile development teams and/or mentoring junior engineers.
- Government customer interaction and interface experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong social skills, and ability to build consensus.
- Experience and familiarity across multiple weapon system capabilities and Platform-to-Store integration.
- Must be US citizen with ability to obtain Program Access clearances.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
