Job Description

Job Summary:

THE ROLE:

Responsible for directing guests' vehicles to available parking areas upon arriving, collecting payment for parking passes for guests and assisting guests leaving venue parking lots.

JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Direct guests to parking areas or parking spaces, using hand signals, flags or flashlights

  • Keep parking areas clean and orderly to ensure that space usage is maximized

  • Patrol parking areas to prevent vehicle damage and vehicle or property thefts

  • Lift, position, and remove barricades to open or close parking areas

  • Resolve parking complaints from guests in a positive manner

  • Direct guests to exits from parking lots upon conclusion of event

  • Participate in the venue's sustainability program to conserve resources/prevent waste, such as sorting waste and collecting recycling and educating our fans about our efforts

  • Other tasks assigned by the Parking Supervisor, Operations or General Manager

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be 16 years of age or older

  • Must present unexpired original document(s) establishing identity and authorization to work in the United States

  • A clear pre-employment criminal background check is required

  • Previous parking team experience is preferred, but not required

  • Must be available evenings and weekends

  • Ability to work long hours on event days

  • Ability to provide courteous, friendly and efficient service, especially when operating under challenging traffic conditions

  • Must have strong communication skills, with the ability to express oneself in a professional, clear and concise manner

  • Strong sense of teamwork, strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills

  • Position requires constant walking and standing outdoors for long periods of time in all weather conditions

  • Must present a well-groomed appearance

  • Must attend employee orientation and complete required online training modules
